Dan is a qualified and experienced professional engineer, with over 25 years’ experience working in the automotive sector.
Dan has a Masters degree in Automotive Product Engineering. He worked at Ford and Visteon in the UK designing and developing engine components, specialising in Noise Vibration and Harshness of exhaust and air induction systems.
In New Zealand Dan has worked in the area of vehicle regulations and compliance, working at NZTA, Ministry of Transport and the Low Volume Vehicle Technical Association.
Dan’s key areas of technical expertise are in the modification and certification of vehicles for disabled users and the installation of seats and seatbelts.
Dan can also provide general advice on a range of modifications to meet regulations.
